Ayla Blomquist, DVM

Dr. Ayla Blomquist grew up in Tucson, Arizona and became interested in veterinary medicine at a young age. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and earned a Bachelor’s in Veterinary Science with a minor in Animal Science in 2006. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in May 2010. Dr. Blomquist has six years of experience as an emergency veterinary technician and has a strong passion for Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. Her other professional interests include internal medicine, cardiology and small mammal/avian medicine. Dr. Blomquist hopes to pursue a residency in Emergency and Critical Care after her internship. In her free time, Dr. Blomquist enjoys spending time with her wonderful friends and family, snuggling up with her animals, watching sports, and spending time outside. She is also a diehard Denver Broncos fan!!
